Leading a non-profit organization today requires navigating uncertainty, social transformations, and limited resources. Between governance, team mobilization, and accountability, the challenges are numerous.

Designed for non-profit managers, this program offers a co-construction learning journey that combines peer learning, strategic reflection, and practical tools to strengthen your capacity to act in a complex and evolving environment.

Accessible Training Thanks to Philanthropic Support

Thanks to a generous donation, the program is offered at a preferred rate of $1,500 per participant (instead of $6,095). Because change is easier to implement when it is driven collectively, a second person from the same nonprofit organization can also register at 50% of the preferential rate, for a total of $750.

Admission Requirements

Your admission to the program is conditional upon completing the following steps:
•    Complete the online questionnaire (in French) about your motivation
•    Obtain approval from the certification selection committee
•    Participate in a brief preparatory phone call

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. 

The successful completion of this program entitles you to a digital certificate. These credentials are trusted, secure, verifiable, and sustainable.

This certification is designed for individuals holding a management role within a community organization or non-profit organization who wish to strengthen their ability to mobilize teams, collaborate with their board of directors, and lead their organization through an environment of transformation.

We strongly recommend the participation of two individuals from the same organization in order to maximize the impact of the program, facilitate strategic decision-making, and support implementation efforts within the organization.
