By registering for an Executive Education HEC Montréal activity, you authorize HEC Montréal to collect your personal information.
The information you provide will be used by us to contact you regarding your registration and payment and will be given to instructors to allow them to better prepare their courses. Your personal information may also be used to offer you discounted prices on course fees.
Additionally, this information will be used for statistical purposes and to keep you informed of other Executive Education HEC Montréal programs and events. You may customize your communication preferences or unsubscribe from all communications at any time.

Executive Education HEC Montréal is unable to provide training to anyone who does not supply this mandatory information.
You have the right to request access to your records and to have any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected.
Your personal information is stored on HEC Montréal’s servers in Quebec but may be backed up elsewhere in North America.

Experience and level of responsibility are the main evaluation criteria. No prior training is required unless it is specified in the "Is it for you?" section of the relevant seminar page.
To register, select your training and click on the "Register" button. Complete the registration form and send it quickly, as our programs are often full. You will receive an email acknowledgment, followed by an invoice.
The fees are indicated on the respective page of each seminar. They include educational materials, breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch at "Le Cercle" restaurant, unless otherwise stated. All seminars are taxable.
If you are enrolled in online training, please refer to the appropriate participation guide for your platform: ZOOM, X2O, or TEAMS. This will allow you to adopt the best practices to optimize your experience.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and by direct deposit. Interac e-transfer is not available.
Direct Deposit (Businesses Only): Please notify our accounting department of your direct deposit payment by including the invoice number in the email subject line or by sending a deposit notice to paiement.electronique@hec.ca.
Banking details and payment instructions will be indicated on the invoice.
Credit Card: Immediate confirmation of your registration will be sent upon full payment via the link included in the invoice.

Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. Participants from outside Canada are required to pay the full amount by credit card upon registration.

You can get a 20% discount when you purchase two or more training programs in the same order at the time of registration. The discount applies to courses offered in the next 12 months and whose dates are displayed on the Executive Education HEC Montréal website.
Examples:
- two people register for the same training or for two different trainings
- one person registers for two trainings
This discount will automatically appear during your purchase on our website, as soon as you have two or more trainings in your registration form.
These discounts are applicable to our public training programs, excluding symposiums and conferences, CFA® preparation programs, and some of our online training programs priced at $785 and under.
Please note that our training discount offers are not cumulative.
HEC Montréal COOP Privilege Card: For the duration of your training, you will become a member of the HEC Montréal Coop, entitling you to the associated discounts.
Yes, a 10% discount is offered to HEC Montréal graduates on each registration. When you register, you will have the opportunity to indicate that you are a graduate of HEC Montréal. Please note that all information will be verified.
No, the discount offers are not cumulative.
Cancellations must be communicated to inscriptions.ed@hec.ca. If the cancellation is reported less than 72 business hours before the start of the program, the full fee will be charged or retained. Special cancellation terms apply to CFA® preparation programs. HEC Montréal reserves the right to cancel any activity. HEC Montréal’s only liability in the event of a cancellation is to refund all registration fees received.
Yes, participant substitution is possible and must be reported to the following email address: inscriptions.ed@hec.ca.
Cancellations received within 10 working days of the start of the event are not eligible for a refund of any of the applicable fees.
Substitutions are welcomed. Please forward the substitute attendee’s name and email address to inscriptions.ed@hec.ca prior to the event.
Note that HEC Montréal does not issue tax receipts for event fees.
Unless otherwise stated, training takes place from 9 am to 5 pm. An invitation email will indicate the room to join.
Seminars are held either at the Hélène-Desmarais Building or the Côte Sainte-Catherine Building of HEC Montréal. Some seminars are also held in Laval or in Montréal’s South Shore (the location is specified on the seminar's page). Please note that parking fees are not included.
We suggest downtown hotels and we have agreements with some hotels offering preferential rates for our participants. These hotels include Le Germain, ALT, Residence Inn by Marriott Montréal - Westmount, Le Nouvel Hôtel & Spa, and InterContinental Montréal.
CERTIFICATION
Certification through Executive Education HEC Montréal is a mark of excellence and credibility. To achieve certification, you must master the material covered and receive a passing grade for an exam or final project, depending on the program.
ACCREDITATION
An official certificate of completion will be issued by HEC Montréal to seminar and program participants who have met the specified requirements.
No such certificates will be used for symposiums, special events or CFA preparation courses.
CREDITS
Participants will not receive university credits for their attendance.
DIGITAL CREDENTIALS
Executive Education HEC Montréal provides digital credentials to learners enrolled in our certification, Essentials and Ascension programs. These credentials are trusted, secure, verifiable, and sustainable.
Your investments in the programs offered by Executive Education HEC Montréal are eligible for recognition under the Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition. For further details, contact Emploi-Québec at 1-866-640-3059 or go to www.cpmt.gouv.qc.ca.
Yes, the HEC Montréal campus is accessible to disabled individuals. Please make mention of any special needs in this regard in the “Notes” section of your registration form so that we may make any necessary accommodations to facilitate your experience.
If a course requires the use of a laptop, you will be notified by email to bring it.
Program participants have access to Executive Education HEC Montréal’s Wi-Fi network, located at the seventh floor.
