Joseph El-Khoury teaches sustainability, social responsibility, social innovation, as well as organizational management and the management of projects with societal impact.
He holds a PhD in Applied Human Sciences from Université de Montréal and an MBA. For more than 15 years, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, organizational transformation and socio-ecological transitions.
After a career in business development within large corporations, he co-founded two nonprofit organizations working in permaculture design and socio-ecological transition. His career thus lies at the intersection of business, university teaching, research, and supporting organizations, entrepreneurs and communities.
More recently, his work and interventions have focused on the intersection of inner transformation. He is particularly interested in how our ways of being, connecting with others and the living world, and exercising leadership can contribute to the social and ecological transformations of our time.
