International philanthropy expert and Co-Director of the Master of Advanced Studies in Philanthropy at the University of Geneva

With over 25 years of international experience, Laetitia Gill Motte is a senior philanthropy strategy and governance consultant who works with foundations and donors in designing impactful, forward-looking initiatives.

In addition to being the Co-Director of the Master of Advanced Studies in Philanthropy at the University of Geneva — a program she co-created, she has advised a wide range of philanthropic actors on aligning purpose with practice, deepening community engagement and fostering equity-driven approaches. She has authored multiple works on inclusive governance and diversity in foundation leadership.

Deeply committed to youth empowerment, she serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada.
