REGISTRATION PROCESS

  2. A secure link will be emailed to you, inviting you to submit the following documents to finalize your application:
    • Application form
    • Proof of company status (NEQ, certificate of incorporation)
    • Video pitch (maximum 3 minutes)
    • Financial statements for the past three years
    • Organizational chart and leadership team
    • Board or advisory committee members
    • Governance plan, as applicable (decisions made, internal committees)

    An email will be sent to you within four weeks of receiving your completed application, informing you whether it has been accepted or declined.

  3. If your application is accepted, a link will be forwarded to you to process the corresponding payment.

  • Develop a well-structured, scalable growth strategy consistent with your long-term objectives.
  • Establish strong KPIs and incorporate ESG factors.

DAY 2 - SETTING UP A SOLID GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK TO SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS EXPANSION

  • Align governance with your development goals and investors’ expectations.
  • Build a strategic and influential board of directors.

DAY 3 - LEVERAGING FINANCIAL DRIVERS TO FACILITATE FUNDRAISING

  • Compare funding options, understand how dilution works and draft an agreement that works in your favour.
  • Prepare a compelling financial pitch and anticipate legal and transactional considerations.

DAY 4 - INNOVATING AND LEADING DURING A TRANSFORMATION

  • Cultivate an agile culture of innovation to support your expansion.
  • Develop an engaging leadership style and tackle the people-related challenges of growth.

DAY 5 - WIELD YOUR INFLUENCE AND WOW YOUR INVESTOR

  • Activate a strategic network and connect with stakeholders.
  • Finalize the program deliverables and the documents for the investor pitch.
