Dominique Anglade is Executive Director of Executive Education HEC Montréal. A graduate of Polytechnique Montréal and holder of an MBA from HEC Montréal, she has been an Adjunct Professor/Professor of Practice at HEC Montréal since 2023. Through executive education and research, she leverages her expertise to help organizations transform knowledge into sustainable, measurable impact. Her work focuses primarily on leadership, sustainability transitions, and the dynamics of polarization.
The first woman of Haitian descent to be appointed a minister in a Québec government, Dominique Anglade served as Minister of Economy, Science and Innovation, Deputy Premier of Québec, and Leader of the Québec Liberal Party, becoming the first woman to lead the party.
Throughout her career, she has held several leadership positions in the private sector, notably with Procter & Gamble, Nortel, and McKinsey, as well as serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Montréal International.
She currently serves as Chair of the Boards of Directors of the International Women's Forum Canada and Réseau Environnement. Over the course of her career, she has served on more than fifteen boards of directors.
Among the distinctions she has received are the Prix Hommage from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec for her exceptional contribution to the profession (2011), the Toussaint-Louverture Award presented by the Jeune Chambre de commerce haïtienne de Montréal (2013), recognition as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (2014), and the Polytechnique Montréal Merit Award (2017).
