Day 2                                                                                

Share and persuade: Design of seducing/swaying

Presentations and discussions

Reconfigure: Implementation of design thinking in an organization.

Lead: Staging of the “design” moment.

Pilot: Leadership and management for continuous innovation.

TRAINING APPROACH

  • Hands-on workshops that make it possible to test out the processes presented in the seminar; preparation of the conditions required to implement the approach in your organization.
