  • Practise three techniques designed to expand your repertoire of impactful questions.

2. Influential Interaction

  • Acquaint yourself with the essential components of question-asking and become more comfortable with queries built around strategic intent.
  • Debrief and ensure you are progressing in the right direction.

  • Readings, handouts and videos
  • Demonstrations, practical exercises and video recording/playback
  • Tips, pointers and real-time feedback from a certified coach
  • Theoretical foundations: Isabelle Lord’s book The Art of the Question (L’art de la question) and her list of effective questions (free copy for all participants)
