The BMR springboard: A tailored program to strengthen managerial skills

BMR has been working with Executive Education HEC Montréal for over a decade to develop custom training courses built around the retail chain’s needs. BMR’s Tremplin program was launched in 2022 to help store managers take their skills to the next level. So far, more than 120 people have enrolled in the program, which has yielded some decisive results and brought a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm.

Executive Education HEC Montréal is proud to partner with the White Rose Scholarships Leadership Week, an initiative stemming from Polytechnique Montréal Order of the White Rose program. As part of this collaboration, a custom women’s leadership development program was co-created under the pedagogical leadership of Dominique Anglade and her team.

A Visionary Partnership: New AURA Program Introduced at the Loto-Québec Campus

Loto-Québec has teamed up with Executive Education HEC Montréal to design the AURA leadership development pathway, offered through its newly created corporate academic campus. The two-year pathway is a unique learning experience that blends academic rigour, hands-on experimentation, out-of-the-box thinking and forward-looking vision. It will empower the State corporation to embrace a modern, human-centric, long-term approach to leadership.

Dr. Nicole LeBlanc is a pediatrician and the Regional Chief of Staff of New Brunswick’s Vitalité Health Network. She’s a proud Acadian who speaks French every day at work with her colleagues and patients. Dr. LeBlanc is a member of Médecins francophones du Canada, an organization that strives to bring French-speaking healthcare professionals closer together to foster dialogue and interaction.
