A Visionary Partnership: New AURA Program Introduced at the Loto-Québec Campus

Loto-Québec has teamed up with Executive Education HEC Montréal to design the AURA leadership development pathway, offered through its newly created corporate academic campus.
The two-year pathway is a unique learning experience that blends academic rigour, hands-on experimentation, out-of-the-box thinking and forward-looking vision. It will empower the State corporation to embrace a modern, human-centric, long-term approach to leadership.

An innovative partnership model
This is the first time Executive Education HEC Montréal has partnered with a corporate academic campus. This milestone represents an important step forward in its approach to custom training, with a tailored university-level curriculum co-created with Loto-Québec’s management to meet every aspect of the organization’s leadership objectives.

Most of the Loto-Québec program will be delivered at HEC Montréal’s Hélène Desmarais Building in downtown Montreal, with more than 30 cohorts participating over the next two years.
