Estelle M. Morin is a professor in the HEC Montréal Department of Management. She has dedicated her career to improving mental health in the workplace, employee engagement and business performance.
Dr. Morin heads the MSc program in organizational development (OD) at HEC Montréal, teaching courses on OD fundamentals and approaches as well as on quality of work life and new forms of workplace organization. She is Associate Professor at Icam’s Chaire Sens & Travail (Lille, France) and Associated Researcher at inpowr (Montreal, Quebec). She also belongs to the prestigious Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (CREIO), established in 1996.
Dr. Morin not only contributes to a variety of specialized programs for Executive Education HEC Montréal, but also offers customized seminars on topics such as teamwork and the Jungian personality types. She teaches in the McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA and McGill International Masters for Health Leadership programs.
