Sabina Bastian is a professional certified coach (PCC) and a consultant in leadership development and influence communication. She works with leaders and managers of large private and public organizations, in sectors as wide-ranging as health, finance, education, manufacturing and professional services.

She supports her clients as they refine their leadership skills and executive presence through processes and training aimed at boosting their influence. She also guides members of the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) and students in Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business Executive MBA, and regularly works with Executive Education HEC Montréal.

Her career as a marketing communications executive in prominent international agencies helped her develop expertise in organizational influence and market challenges. She is a strategic thinker and adept at identifying levers that promote mobilizing, lasting leadership.
