For the third year in a row, our programs have come out on top in Quebec, according to the Financial Times’ global executive education rankings for 2024. We have also been rated 29th internationally, up once again from previous years, thus confirming our status as a leading provider catering to the needs of executives, professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs.

A remarkable new building
Executive Education HEC Montréal now operates out the Hélène Desmarais Building in downtown Montreal, inaugurated in the fall of 2023. This new location is the perfect backdrop for a next-level learning experience.

Those who complete one of our certification programs or our Essentials or Ascension pathways now have an easy way to share their accomplishments using our digital credentials.
In addition, our startup accelerators CDL-Montréal and Next AI are going strong. CDL-Montréal has just added a new quantum stream that is amplifying its impact and attracting more international talent. Since 2017, more than 360 startups have taken part in the program, creating $3.2 billion in equity value to date. As for Next AI, it works with more than 100 ventures every year, exposing them to a unique ecosystem of over 150 experts and instructors there to guide them forward.
Two years after it was launched, First Nations Executive Education has already certified 650 people and is continuing to develop programs for and by First Nations. A Grand Circle program aimed at economic leaders was unveiled earlier this year. There is also a program focusing on contributing to the economic reconciliation movement that encourages the emergence of economic development projects bringing together Indigenous and non-Indigenous decision-makers.
