Current socioeconomic conditions are forcing organizations operating in the healthcare technology space to revisit their strategies and develop new business and organizational models in order to remain competitive. This program focuses on the concepts of value creation, business model design and operational efficiency, with a curriculum built around innovation-related strategies, tactics, methodologies and models (including public–private partnerships), and innovation performance management in the healthcare field.

The program also explores the key factors that shape the successful transformation and evolution of existing operational and organizational models as well as the development of future-proof organizations, utilizing design thinking, lean startup and other practices with a proven track record.
