GENERAL INFORMATION

Cancellation policy

  • To cancel their registration, participants must provide written confirmation to Mylène Reid.
  • Participants will incur 100% of the total registration fee if the cancellation is reported 72 business hours and less before the start of the activity.
  • HEC Montréal reserves the right to cancel any training program if the minimum number of 16 participants is not reached 72 hours before the start of the activity. HEC Montréal’s only liability in the event of a cancellation is to refund all registration fees received.

Substitution policy

  • Any substitution of participation must be reported to Mylène Reid.

Rescheduling

  • A course may only be rescheduled once per participant within the same session.
  • The possibility of rescheduling a participant in a course that has already reached the maximum threshold of 25 participants will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

  • Individual payment can only be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX).
  • No discount will be applicable for these courses.
  • Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program.
