As generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) has evolved, so have the many ways it can be used by business professionals. With Copilot, Microsoft makes this transformative technology available to users directly within the tools they use every day. This training program will help you leverage these strengths to boost your productivity, enhance the quality of your work and take your creativity to whole new levels, all while tapping into your uniquely human insights.

You will learn how Copilot works with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint through a series of demonstrations and exercises. You will then find out how to create your own agents with Copilot Studio so you can automate certain tasks, optimize your processes and get a better grasp of what the technology can (and can’t) do.

WORK BETTER WITH MICROSOFT COPILOT AND GENAI.

You will also be given the opportunity to delve into issues concerning the ethical and responsible use of GenAI and develop the reflexes you need to make it work more effectively for you. You’ll leave with a clear, strategic and balanced vision of how to incorporate Copilot into your workflows.
