In a hyperconnected world where information circulates unfiltered and at lightning speed, a crisis can emerge, spread and intensify in a matter of hours, exposing organizations to serious risks to their reputation and credibility. And artificial intelligence only exacerbates these threats.

This program has been developed to provide leaders and communications executives with clear guidelines and specific tools to respond quickly, clearly and efficiently in this new context. The content is designed to help participants develop essential skills to make decisions under pressure and adopt a strategic mindset to maintain control in an environment shaped by real-time demands.

Using real-world examples and directly transferable approaches, you will learn how to navigate uncertainty, structure your approach and master communications in critical situations. You will also appreciate that the best way to manage a crisis is often to avoid it in the first place — by remaining diligent in your practices and constantly nurturing your organizational culture.
