Patricia is an entrepreneur and investor specializing in business acquisition and succession. In 2017, she acquired Scribendi through an entrepreneurial acquisition fund (search fund) and led the company for six years before successfully selling it in 2023. She is one of the first women in North America to complete such a transaction and the only one in Canada to have done so. An active mentor to entrepreneurs, she also serves on the steering committee of the Women's Search Network and on the advisory board of the IESE International Search Fund Center. Holding an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from McGill University, she brings extensive experience in finance and international business development.
