Corinne Prost specializes in organizational behaviour and worked for several years for the Mercer consulting firm, part of the Marsh McLennan family of companies, before deciding more than a decade ago to focus exclusively on talent development.
She is a lecturer with HEC Montréal’s Department of Management and the founder of CAP Formation . Her specific expertise lies in individual and team adaptability, especially as it pertains to levers of collective intelligence.
She is a member of the Boston-based Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations, a certified master trainer for Psychometrics Canada with the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator, and a certified advanced practitioner of the Team Diagnostic Survey.
