Sophie Lemieux is President of the Solem Management consulting firm. She is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (C.Adm.), a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) and a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™).
She holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, where she has served as a lecturer and executive education instructor for many years.
She has more than 25 years of experience in optimizing organizational performance, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects in a variety of fields. She leans on her expertise in strategic planning, coaching, training and business development to bring added value to her clients.
