Sacha D. P. Ghadiri is an Associate Professor at HEC Montréal, where he teaches, among other subjects, interdisciplinary approaches to management. His research focuses on identity dynamics, power relations, and meaning-making processes within organizations. He is also interested in social innovation, particularly the development of patient partnership models in Quebec’s healthcare system. Alongside his academic activities, he serves in leadership roles within several organizations and cultural initiatives.
As Academic Director of the Graduate Diploma in Management (DESS en management), he is a member of the Center for Research on Social Innovations – CRISES, the IDEOS Societal Impact Hub, and the Pierre-Péladeau Center – Leadership and Management.
