Annie Jane Boutin is a professional trainer, speaker and business coach with a passion for helping individuals and companies build strong, lasting, win-win relationships with their customers.
She empowers her clients to become more confident, more impactful in their approach and more effective in their role, as well as more comfortable with and in control of their customer interactions. They leave with the tools they need to achieve fast, decisive and measurable results.
Over the years, she has worked with professionals and associates at many different firms and businesses to enhance their prospecting, sales and dealmaking techniques.
Not only does she guide them in strengthening their existing relationships and securing new business opportunities, but she also enables them to restore trust after it has been damaged and foster a customer service culture across their organization.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Université Laval, she spent over 25 years in marketing, helping a wide range of organization bring their products and services to market, increase the visibility of their offering and create high-impact communications tools for various channels.
Her studies also took her to Mexico and at Westfield State University in the U.S. She combines expertise and a practical hands-on approach to deliver training and coaching services that are perfectly aligned with the needs of her clients.
