Yves Boisvert, PhD, holds a doctorate in political science and completed postdoctoral studies in public ethics. He is a professor specializing in public service ethics and integrity at the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP). He previously served as Director of the Centre for Research on Governance (CERGO). He is a researcher with GREGP and with CEPEL/CNRS at the University of Montpellier 1. he founded and directed the journal Éthique publique for several years. He is also the author of numerous books on government ethics, including Marchés publics à vendre, Le petit manuel d’éthique appliquée à la gestion publique, La face cachée des élus, Les scandales politiques, and L’institutionnalisation de l’éthique gouvernementale. He has served as a visiting professor at several French universities, including Montpellier II University (IUFM), Paul Cézanne University Aix-Marseille III (IMPGT), the University of Pau and the Adour Region (IAE), the University of La Réunion in Saint-Denis (IAE), and the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers in Paris (CNAM). He has also delivered numerous interventions on ethics for European public organizations, Canadian federal, Quebec provincial, and municipal public bodies.
