Specializing in arts and cultural management, Charlotte Blanche is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at HEC Montréal. Her research explores the connections between artistic creation and managerial practices in order to better understand and support organizations.
She is the Academic Director of the microprogram in contemporary philanthropy and a member of the Pierre Péladeau Center – Leadership and Management, as well as the Maecenas network dedicated to philanthropy.
