Luc Bélanger-Martin earned his master’s degree in management from HEC Montréal, where he has been teaching since 1993.

Between 2017 and 2019, he headed the HEC Montréal Case Centre and facilitated a wide range of workshops on active teaching strategies in various contexts. He draws on this and other experience in his current role as the knowledge translation and transfer lead at HEC Montréal’s Arpège Research Hub on Management Education, as the co-director of the AGIR teaching innovation lab and as a special pedagogical advisor to the Sustainable Transition Office.

He has consulted for various corporate clients on projects related to strategy and change management, with a focus on maximizing organizational performance. He is also an active contributor to several international graduate degrees and executive education programs in countries such as Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Haiti, Kuwait, Norway and Vietnam.
