  • This application identifies more than 20 distinct objectives and offers five dashboard presentation formats to track organizational performance over a five-year period.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from Executive Education HEC Montréal.

The seminar comprises:

  • One day of training on dashboard development
  • One week of preparation to collect the information necessary to prepare your customized dashboard
  • A workshop on the strategic thinking required to develop a complete preliminary version of your executive dashboard

You will need the following:

  • List of preliminary exercises to do before the first class
  • Participant's workbook with course notes and dashboard examples
  • Sample dashboard in Excel
  • Dashboard template in Excel that allows projections over five years

TRAINING APPROACH

  • You will build your personalized executive dashboard from a computerized template based on Kaplan’s balanced scorecard model. After briefly illustrating a few key concepts, the instructor will assist you in designing your dashboard.
  • Computer use (Excel).
