- Sample dashboard in Excel
- Dashboard template in Excel that allows projections over five years

- You will build your personalized executive dashboard from a computerized template based on Kaplan’s balanced scorecard model. After briefly illustrating a few key concepts, the instructor will assist you in designing your dashboard.
