  6. Transformation management: Managing change and providing support to teams during the transformation.

*BPMN is a universal modelling language that helps stakeholders gain a more precise understanding of their roles and how they are executed, so that they can see where any efficiency gaps lie and leverage integrated systems to address these gaps.
