Following the success of the launch cocktail for the first cohort of the Certification in Strategic Management and Leadership, which explored the recipe for building a successful business, we are pleased to celebrate the launch of the second cohort with a new cocktail event focused on building an entrepreneurial legacy for Black communities.

How can we build a lasting entrepreneurial legacy? What financial levers, networks and strategies can foster the prosperity and long-term sustainability of businesses within Black communities?

This panel will bring together inspiring leaders from the entrepreneurial community: Noberta Faustin, an expert in governance and organizational strategy, recognized for her authentic leadership, and Rose Marcello, a renowned specialist in financing high-growth businesses, who will share her perspective on the role of Black women within a powerful economic ecosystem worth more than $6 billion. Drawing on their respective journeys and complementary perspectives, the panelists will discuss entrepreneurship, impact investing, leadership and ways to build a strong legacy for current and future generations.

Moderated by Wils Théagène, program educational director of the certification, the panel will be followed by a networking cocktail bringing together entrepreneurs, presidents and CEOs, founders, business successors from Black communities, as well as investors.

A unique opportunity to build strategic connections and discover the Certification in Strategic Management and Leadership, a one-of-a-kind program in Canada designed to propel businesses within Black communities forward.

Join us for an inspiring panel exploring the levers that contribute to building a lasting entrepreneurial legacy within Black communities. Noberta Faustin and Rose Marcello will share their perspectives, moderated by Wils Théagène
