Traditional strategic planning tools are simply not enough to guide us forward assertively and effectively in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Many reports, projections and scenarios deliver an abstract, even anxiety-inducing view of the future, without a concrete course of action in place. And yet, never have we been more in need of a positive, impactful outlook for the future that is firmly grounded in reality.

This one-day program is an immersive experience that makes use of a series of innovative and interactive tools built to leverage collective intelligence, creativity and systemic thinking. The program begins with the Climate Fresk model to ensure the issues at stake are well defined, then transitions to a strategic conversation about specific outcomes and how they are expected to affect organizations.

TACKLING CLIMATE CHANGE BY TAKING MEANINGFUL STEPS NOW TOWARD A BETTER FUTURE.

Participants will have the opportunity to think about and share their ideas on what the future might hold and chart a course forward — turning thinking into doing in order to help shape a better tomorrow that is achievable and actionable for them, their teams and their organizations.
