A graduate in business management from Concordia University, Anne-Marie Trudeau has demonstrated exemplary leadership and a constant curiosity for innovation, generating significant social impact throughout her career.
She launched her career in a series of roles, mostly in sales, for various national telecommunications, security, and technology companies. In 1998, she joined the family business, where she held various positions successfully, ranging from product development to licensing and sales management. She was promoted to Vice President of National Sales in 2014, then to CEO in December 2017.
In 2021, she launched the process of transferring ownership of the family business from her father, becoming the 1st woman to own and lead the company since its foundation, 4 generations ago. Under her leadership, the Trudeau Corporation has been adopting progressive practices and technologies to better adapt to market dynamics.
Anne-Marie Trudeau is personally involved in a number of initiatives and foundations dedicated to fostering a more equal and inclusive society. Most recently, she played an active role at the Barry F. Lorenzetti Centre for Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership, which focuses on reducing gender disparities in the business world.
