Xuan-Hoa Tran has more than 20 years in IT management under his belt, during which time he has headed a number of multidisciplinary teams. He has also set up and managed centres of excellence for business analysis and Agile development at Desjardins and Standard Life. A seasoned instructor, consultant and coach, he has helped develop a number of courses in business analysis, digital transformation, project management and governance practices for several public-sector organizations including the American National Standards Institute and Héma-Québec. He has given numerous talks and presentations at home and abroad and serves on the education program advisory committees of several institutions.

He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a graduate diploma in business analysis and digital transformation, and a master’s degree in business administration . He currently works as a strategic consultant, advising business executives on innovation and organizational change. He has been an academic lecturer since 2006 at such institutions as HEC Montréal and the Université du Québec à Rimouski.
