With 27 years of management experience in municipal government, Simon Rousseau currently serves as the Director General of the City of Gatineau. He holds a master’s degree in public administration and is a certified Lean Master. In recent years, he has fine-tuned his understanding of the role and value of cross-functional management.

In his former senior management positions with Quebec City and Lévis, he helped to introduce a matrix structure within both organizations.
