Alexandra Potvin is a Senior Director within RCGT’s Management Consulting, Business Transformation practice. A CPA and auditor, she has more than 15 years of experience in financial accounting, finance function transformation, and supporting organizations in optimizing their business processes.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in both professional services firms and corporate environments. As Corporate Controller for a publicly traded company, she participated in the integration of nine acquisitions, led the implementation of technology solutions such as Oracle HFM, and contributed to numerous financial and operational transformation initiatives.
Today, she advises organizations across a wide range of industries on finance modernization projects, including process optimization, ERP and EPM system selection and implementation, data governance, and change management.
Recognized for her pragmatic approach, her ability to mobilize teams, and her collaborative mindset, she is passionate about transformation initiatives and about helping teams and leaders achieve their full potential.
