Marc-André Nadon is a Faculty Lecturer in the Department of Accounting at HEC Montréal, where he teaches financial analysis, internal controls evaluation, and project financial management.

He has led several teams as Vice President of Finance for companies in the retail, high-tech, and pharmaceutical sectors. In addition to serving on several boards of directors, he has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions in Canada and the United States. He occasionally gives seminars on new technologies.
