Since joining Moment Factory, Bianka Monette has played a leading role in the company's structural strength and international expansion. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) by training, she brings extensive financial expertise acquired across public and private sectors in North America and internationally. Today, she sits on the company's Executive Committee. As Chief Financial Officer, Bianka orchestrates global financial strategies, the development of financial reporting tools, and the studio’s risk management framework. She spearheads the execution and rigorous monitoring of the business plan, ensuring that Moment Factory’s creative ambitions are built on viable, high-performing economic foundations. Notably, she led the overhaul of the company's funding structure and supported its strategic deployment across global markets, including expansion into the Middle East. In parallel, she brings her professional rigor to the community by serving on the boards of directors for the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and La Piscine (a creative and cultural business accelerator).
