Honorary Professor, Marketing Department, HEC Montréal JoAnne Labrecque has been a professor at HEC Montréal for over 30 years. She has extensive expertise in the retail, food distribution, customer satisfaction and consumer behaviour fields. She holds an MBA in marketing from Université Laval and a PhD in consumer economics from Cornell. She serves on multiple boards and is a researcher and fellow at the CIRANO interuniversity research centre.
