Mouna Knani is an associate professor in HEC Montréal’s Department of Human Resources Management. She has a PhD in human resources management from Université Laval, where she specialized in occupational health and safety.

Her research interests lie in workplace health and well-being, mental health at work, burnout syndrome, presenteeism, how AI influences psychosocial hazards and issues related to work- and technology-related stress.
