Paul Gagnon has extensive and diversified expertise in technology law, commercial law, and intellectual property. He holds a master’s degree in biotechnology and law from the Université de Sherbrooke in Québec, as well as a master’s degree in intellectual property and competition law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center in Germany.
For more than 10 years, he has developed leading expertise in information technology, ranging from open-source software management to software development and data architecture issues.
His artificial intelligence practice enables him to advise organizations of all sizes on the unique challenges raised by AI. This expertise allows him to work closely with clients to help strengthen their ability to address AI-related issues, particularly in governance matters.
