Stéphane Coulier is a professional certified coach (PCC) who has worked in finance and human resources for more than 25 years. His experience spans both operational (Danone) and advisory (Hay Group) roles. He has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams in North America, Europe and Africa. In the field of human resources, he is an expert in change management, leadership development, talent management and career transitions. He holds a master’s degree in finance and a research master’s degree in organizational development from the Université Paris-Dauphine.
