Jean-François Bertholet is a lecturer at HEC Montréal, a writer for Gestion magazine and an organizational development consultant. He specializes in employee recognition and engagement as well as workplace climate.

A certified human resources professional belonging to the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec, he is regularly asked to weigh in on newsworthy human resources issues both on the radio (98.5 FM) and in articles in Les Affaires.
