With a PhD in Planning and Design and a postdoctoral fellowship in User Experience from the Université de Montréal, Industrial Designer Juliana Álvarez has over 12 years of experience in the artificial intelligence, healthcare, and insurance technology sectors.
She is dedicated to understanding individuals in all their complexity—motivations, intentions, strengths, limitations, and mental models—analyzing processes, and improving the customer experience for products and services.
To this end, she supports product managers, designers, and development teams in making informed decisions based on a deep understanding of user needs, in order to create value, reduce risks, and foster innovation.
