Over the course of the past 30 years, Serge has held a number of senior leadership positions in management, business development, marketing (Leger Marketing, Gallup International Association) and academic administration (Université de Sherbrooke and HEC Montréal).

A meaningful contribution to the Executive Committee
“Having Serge Lafrance on our Executive Committee means access to an invaluable source of expertise when analyzing our activities so that we can have an even greater impact on the business community and society as a whole,” said HEC Montréal Director Federico Pasin. “He brings considerable knowledge and experience to the table in terms of strategic development and positioning, which will be especially useful with regard to our arrival in the downtown core at the new Hélène Desmarais Building.
