Here’s some excellent news for Quebec businesses interested in helping their employees hone their skills without busting their training budget. Your organization could qualify for a grant of up to $8,000 per person for several Executive Education HEC Montréal programs through the Visées program.

Participants will receive an attestation of completion or a certification at the end of the program, confirming that they have acquired valuable new skills and enhancing their credibility — and your organization’s!

Grant criteria

Your organization must meet three conditions to qualify for this unbeatable offer:

  • Be listed in the Enterprise Register and have a Quebec Enterprise Number (NEQ)
  • Not be a government agency, a municipal body or a school body subject to the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif
  • Have at least one full-time employee who is not an owner, shareholder, management team member, immediate family member, self-employed worker or independent consultant.

Advantageous Financial Support

The Visées program allows you to receive up to $8,000 per person to train your talents. This support covers:

  • 50% of your employees’ wages while they are in training
  • Program fees.

Note that there is no limit to the number of employees your business can train.
