Pierre-Olivier Pineau is a professor in HEC Montréal’s Department of Decision Sciences and holder of the Chair in Energy Sector Management. His research interests are energy and electricity policy as well as poverty and its links to productivity, free trade and fair trade, with a specific focus on investment models, institutional reform and market integration. Dr. Pineau has been a contributor to various articles published in peer-reviewed journals and trade journals. His writing credits also include several book chapters and research papers.
