Ian Picard (Wendat, Wendake) is a financial professional with more than 15 years of experience in strengthening the financial self-sufficiency of First Nations communities. He is a graduate of the McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA program.

Through his experience in both the business and the political arenas, he has developed a deeper understanding of the complexity and realities of Indigenous elected officials and community administrators, and built a broad network of First Nations contacts across Quebec. He joined RBA Financial Group in March 2021 as Deputy Manager of Development and Asset Management.
