Jared Lee is a principal at Juniper, an advisory firm that leverages strategy, innovation and culture to help its clients understand stakeholder needs, make sense of complex issues and improve organizational performance.

Jared has significant experience in the education, transportation and non-profit fields, advising companies on strategic planning, innovation, organizational efficiency and leadership.

He is also a lecturer at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, where he teaches courses about design thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship. He regularly leads workshops at Executive Education HEC Montréal and the McGill Executive Institute, in addition to delivering talks, customized training sessions and coaching services to a wide range of clients.

Prior to joining Juniper, Jared was an associate at Oliver Wyman, a corporate strategy analyst at Bombardier and an aerospace engineer at Boeing and General Electric, where he helped design and market new products. He also helped found PeaceGeeks, a non-profit that creates digital tools to support peace and respect for human rights all over the world.

Jared received his MBA (Global Strategy and Leadership concentration) from McGill University and was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Great Distinction. He also holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where he was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, as well as a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.
