Simon Denault is a lawyer who earned his master’s degree in management from HEC Montréal. He has 15 years of experience in ethics, compliance and governance, working in management and advisory roles with such prominent public institutions as Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and the City of Laval, where he currently serves as the Deputy Head of Governance.

He is the co-creator of the Certification in Ethics and Compliance program at Executive Education HEC Montréal. He also sits on the boards of directors or ethics and professional conduct committees of several professional orders and non-profit organizations.
