With over 25 years of experience in strategy and governance, Jean-Daniel Brisson has led more than 50 strategic planning exercises and 20 organizational diagnoses in a variety of industries.

He coordinated strategic planning for St. Lawrence Cement Group (now Holcim) for six years and headed up strategy consulting services at EY and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton for a decade.

A lecturer at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a trainer at the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, he is a certified management consultant (CMC), the only credential that regulates management consultants worldwide.
