Previously Senior Partner & Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group, Eric Brat was a key member of the financial services and insurance practices. Before his time at the BCG, Eric worked for Credit Suisse Group as well as March & McLennan consulting division Oliver Wyman. Since then, Eric has been actively involved with The Rossy Foundation, a leading Canadian Private Foundation. He is also Chief Strategy Officer of IvadoLabs, a company specialized in the development of artificial intelligence solutions.

Eric Graduated from Solvay Business School at the University of Brussels, in Belgium and holds a MBA from Columbia University in New York. At HEC Montréal, after leading the institute for a few years, Eric is the General Secretary of the Board of the Alphonse and Dorimene Desjardins International Institute for Cooperatives. Eric is also coordinating Maecenas, a network focused on the management of philanthropy. Eric Brat contributes to the strategy and the development of the Executive Education division.
