Henri-Jean Bonnis founded Adsum Consulting Group in 2014 as a firm focusing on project management, strategy, innovation and the people behind the processes. Soon after obtaining a degree in software and telecommunications engineering, he pivoted to project and change management, in which capacity he would hone his expertise in major transformations, including those with strong political implications.
He is a past president of the PMI-Montréal Board of Directors and currently serves on the Board of Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated. He also chairs the Project Management Institute’s Francophone Outreach Committee.
He is committed to working hand in hand with corporate executives to guide them in their efforts to leverage innovative business models. He has been a lecturer with HEC Montréal since 2021 and is an advisor for the Université de Sherbrooke.
